The main regional office for Europe’s 1000 establishments is in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The regional office for the Australia and the New Zealand is in Brisbane. More than 300 Middle Eastern stores are managed from Beirut, Lebanon. Singapore is the regional headquarter for more than 300 Asian locations. The Latin American organization of more than 1100 stores is controlled by the office in Miami.

The fast growth of Subway is attributed towards the healthy way in which their food is prepared. Later their marketing efforts focused on the healthful benefit of their sandwiches, and they used an indiana Indiana University student who lost over 200 lbs by eating Subway sandwiches. The company still uses this in its marketing campaigns and this young man has become a spokesperson for Subway.
